Nathan Biggs joined House of Brick in the summer of 2008, and became a partner and CEO in the summer of 2009. Nathan’s experience in the high-tech industry spans nearly 25 years, and covers segments such as software product development, IT consulting, semiconductor device engineering, and advanced chemical composites.


David Woodard

Founding Partner and COO, David has expertise in Linux, Oracle, VMware, and AIX. He has presented and co-authored several studies including Nebraska Oracle Users Group – RMAN Configuration, Unix Performance Data Collection, Oracle on Linux , Unix Commands for the Oracle DBA and many more.


David Welch

CTO & Chief Evangelist
Founding Partner, CTO and Chief Evangelist, Dave is an Oracle Certified DBA, a former Oracle University RAC instructor, and a VMware Certified Professional. He specializes in Oracle enterprise license assessment, enterprise infrastructure assessment, Business Continuity options, performance, scalability, and system architecture. Dave has been involved in the reduction and/or reallocation of millions of dollars of hardware and software budget. Dave has been a prominent voice in the industry for the implementation of Business-Critical Application workloads on VMware virtualization technology. Dave is both a lead and key contributor to training curricula and authoring projects.


Mike Stone

Founding Partner and CIO, Mike has over 18 years of experience in System Administration including UNIX, Linux and Windows. He is an Oracle Certified Professional DBA – 8i through 11g, BEA Certified Instructor, and is an Oracle Authorized Instructor.


Sandy Deane

Manager, Office Administration
Sandy wears many hats at House of Brick, she provides support to the Sales team, Project Managers, Partners, and HR. She has been providing exemplary management in all areas of the office here at House of Brick for over 7 years.


Jim Ogborn

VP, Client Services and Project Management
Jim is a seasoned information technology professional with a proven track record in team leadership, project management, and customer relationship facilitation. He has a consistent focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth while balancing profitability and the needs of all stakeholders. Jim is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Quality Analyst.

Director, Managed Services
Orfa is a technical and process analyst with 18+ years of experience across several industries; engaged in actuarial, sales, e-business, research and software development initiatives with proven initiative and success. She has experience with SAS, SQL, VBA, LotusScript, DB2, MS Access, Lotus Notes, C2/CRM, Recruitment Plus, Vovici EFM Community.


Brenda Vair

Director, Consulting Services
Brenda has a BS in computer science and is working towards her MS in engineering management. She has 20 years of IT experience in both programming and resource management.
