We note with sadness the passing of Oracle co-CEO Mark Hurd. We offer our sincere condolences to Mark’s family, his associates, and Oracle Corporation and its team members.
In my mind, Mark’s legacy at Oracle will be his having worked with Pat Gelsinger’s team to broker the new Oracle-VMware strategic alliance. This includes Oracle Cloud VMware Solution, the requisite editing of the Oracle on VMware support statement, and selling those to Larry.
